Hatley Castle | Exploring Victoria, British Columbia

October was a good month. I spent eleven days in Canada, drinking delicious lattes, enjoying some of the most vibrant Autumn leaves, photographing to my hearts content, and exploring castles. What more could a girl ask for? ???? I loved all of the places I visited during my stay, but my favorite days were definitely those spent at the Marina (a post on this will be coming soon!) and the gorgeous Hatley Castle.
I would love to write a proper post on this. Unfortunately, I am on a spur of the moment trip that I was not planning for, though, and cannot. So for now, I’ll just have to show you the photos. Hope you like them!

Girl these photos are blowing me away! Staying in Castle’s in my new favorite thing to look for when traveling. I think Victoria will be on my to-do list now. We spent last Thanksgiving at the Fairmont in Banff, another stunning castle. I’ve always loved my time in Canada, hope you’re enjoying it!

Me too! I stayed in a couple when I was in France and it was so fun! I don’t think you can stay at either of the castles in Victoria, Canada; but, they are still worth going to see. 🙂
These photos are beautiful! I love visiting Canada! My husband is Canadian, so we like to go there as often as we can. However, I have never been to Victoria…it is definitely on my list of places to visit! Great post!

So pretty! I visited Victoria, but it was forever ago, haha! We didn’t visit the castle, though, so it seems that I’ve missed out on something. Time to go back, I guess 😉 But seriously, your pictures are gorgeous, it really looks like you captured the spirit of the place! I am Canadian, but I’m really having a hard time trying to decide if I want to travel and see more of Canada, or if I want to see more of the world! It’s a difficult decision, haha!
